Individual volunteers
Work in the Shop
If you're looking for a way to serve every day or even once a week and want to be surrounded by some of the best friends a person could ask for, come join the core group that works on the shop.
On a daily basis, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we do the core work of cutting, drilling, sanding, tracing, wheeling, and painting the toy cars and trucks.
To work the machinery you have to have steady hands, be an adult or have parent permission and go through training. But we have things for unsteady hands too.
We like to say we have something for everyone ages 3 to 103. Come on over and see if it's a fit for you. Just call text or email Emilee for a tour!

A meaningful and fun experience for your family, work, church or school group
Are you looking for a fun, connective, meaningful experience for your group?
Tiny Tim's toys are made entirely by volunteers. We flourish thanks to unwavering backing from our community. Our service-based volunteer days are an immersive, hands-on experience that allows you to share time together while making a huge impact.

Corporations and Groups in the Shop

Take Home Project
Sanding and Oiling at your location
Is your group too large for the shop? Looking to work on the weekends or a day we aren't open?
As part of the 20-step process for making our toy cars from scrap wood, each car needs to be lovingly checked for rough edges and slivers. We need groups or individuals to take the cars and sand and oil them and return them for the next part of the process.
Take home sewing kits
Every year we send thousands of t-shirt dresses, shorts, quilts, receiving blankets, bags and other projects to Zimbabwe with Eyes4Zimbabwe.
Use your own fabric and t-shirts or pick up and use what we have.
This is great for groups that want to learn to sew, (these are seriously easy!) or for someone who wants to keep busy and serve!
You can find all the instructions by clicking below. Tuesday days are the best day to come get sewing from our volunteers. Other times can be arranged as well.

Kits
Humanitarian Kits
We do more than cars!
We also put together hygiene kits, new born baby kits and school kits.
Most of these kits go with organizations that take our cars to other countries. Click below for full lists of what goes in each kit.
Gather your group and gather supplies and bring them into the toy shop.
In many parts of Africa kids have to pay to go to school and bring their own supplies. A new born baby is lucky to be born in a hospital but has very little to help keep them healthy once they leave. These items all make a big difference to the outcome of a young person's life.
